Requirements:

This dynamic and progressive group company of a diverse set of companies which include FMCG, logistics and construction are looking for a Financial Manager to manage one of its divisions.

• The right candidate will have a proven track within finance, with six years + commercial experience. 
• Overseeing a finance team of twelve.
• Managing cashflow, P&L, balance sheet and setting budgets. 

You will be the “financial expert” for the company, both internally with head office and business unit managers and externally.  This role will be developing procedures and processes to ensure the continuing success of the organisation. 

As a people manager, you will be responsible for the continued training and developing of the staff.  Experience of system implementation would be advantageous.

A strong character with the ability to communicate with confidence both internally and externally, you will need to be able to direct the focus of the business.

Ideally you are currently based in Vietnam.
