Property Executive, Estate Management
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running and management of the day-to-day operations of estate management services in the condominium, namely cleaning, security and landscape services
- Ensure proper maintenance of all common facilities, M&E and building services systems
- Attend to residents’ requests and feedback on matters relating to the management and maintenance of the condominium
Requirements:- Minimally Diploma in Real Estate, Building Management, Estate Management or other equivalent discipline
- Excellent communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin
