Engineering Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement building maintenance programmes, and M&E plant and equipment maintenance programme
• Prepare estimates for repair works, works specifications, invitation for quotations, recommendations of award, supervision of completed works including drafting of contract documents.
• Control and supervise all M&E works carried out by maintenance staff and contractors including tenant’s fitting out contractors.
• Creating and maintaining good rapport with tenants/consumers and attending to their complaints.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in engineering with at least 2 years' of relevant experience in facilities management
