Catering Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maximise profit on all banquet, meeting rooms and facilities in the Hotel by implementing promotions and achieving the performance targets for the Banquet Department
• Generate and manage new business opportunities while maintaining current portfolio of clientele
• Plan, schedule and supervise events (Banquet/Catering Sales) according to the service standard and hotel policies
• Lead the Banquet Team in the adherence towards the service standards and in the accountability of food quantity and pricing

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in hotel sales is required for this position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
