Guest Services Executive

Responsibilities:

• Attend to guests' enquiries, needs and check-in / check-out requests
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Attend to challenging situations and perform service recovery

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Front Office Department
• A team player who is willing to perform shift duties
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate well in English
