Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth management of Front Office Operations providing excellent customer service to all guests
• Manage a team of Front Office personnel and ensure SOPs are adhered to
• Attend to challenging situations and perform service recovery as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality
• Knowledge on Opera system
• At least 3 years of relevant Front Office working experience
• Excellent communication skills and service-oriented
