Tuas (West)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounts matter.
- Preparation of monthly accounts reconciliation and full set of accounts closing.
- Preparation of Management and Financial Reports.
- Preparation of Quarterly GST Filing.
- Assist in year-end closing and liaising with auditor.
- Assist in other general accounting functions.
- Preparation and Submission of Statutory Reports.
- Liaising with Banker on bank facilities matters.
- Assist in other general accounting functions & adhoc project as assigned by Senior Officer from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/ CAT/ ACCA Level 2 or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate without full set experience are also welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Candidates with MYOB or Navision experience preferred.
- Independent and work with minimum supervision.
- Sense of urgency.
- Accurate and thorough when preparing data.
- Possess Good interpersonal and communications skill.
- Class 3 driving licence.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
Transport pick up at Jurong East MRT.
