Responsibilities:

• Establish target accounts working with country/regional Sales & Key Account Manager to develop business for Contract Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• Customer development and acquisition for CL/SCM Services in the specific market segment.
• Develop and maintain division sales strategy with a practical market approach
• Build and manage executive level relationships with internal stakeholders and account owners.
• Understand CL/SCM channel requirements, and facilitate work sessions with the internal and Identify gap analysis of the current services at customer site and build scope of work and prepare appropriate response for the identified needs.
• Assist in RFQ process to include solution design concepts, deadlines, supply added information, presentation, and process/status tracking.
• Assist with customer relationship, both during implementation and upon transition to operation.
• Meet or exceed annual sales target as set by the division head.
• Complete deal summary outlining scope of work as well as assist on financial model detailing cost and pricing elements.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers in according to higher management directives and guideline.
• Fair amount of local and overseas travel is required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in East - Changi South and Individual contributor role, hunter role.
• Ability to set own agenda and work under own initiative
• Must have Logistics and Supply Chain Operation and Business Development Experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent Negotiator.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
