Sales Clerk / Sales Co-ordinator
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible in coordinating sales related activities between internal departments and customers as well as performing other administration support function. Duties include building rapport with customers and ensuring customers’ orders / requirements are processed in the most efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Min Higher NITEC / GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of office administration experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and strong organizing skills
  • Independent and meticulous
