Responsibilities:

• Supervises a segment of production or manufacturing or manufacturing support areas.
• Supervises generally semi-skilled non-exempts who perform tasks within the operational unit.
• Provides training and guidance to immediate staff.
• Directs subordinates to perform tasks within guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Developed solution to problems with limited complexity, which have been clearly defined.
• Monitors day to day operations of a production unit or a manufacturing support unit.
• Makes decision within given policies, procedures and guidelines with close supervision.
• Coordinates daily operational tasks for a production unit or manufacturing support unit to achieve daily operations.
• Directs the subordinates to accomplish the day to day operations to meet production or manufacturing objectives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Supervisory skills in Semiconductor Industry
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Management.
• PC literate
• Good interpersonal skills, able to handle conflict
• Able to perform 12-hour shift job
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
