Payroll Assistant
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • To Process salaries (including bonuses), CPF and other statutory contributions of existing and new employees
  • To Process salaries of exit cases (including no-pay leave) are ceased or withdrawn
  • To ensure that appropriate certification and approvals are in place.
  • To ensure that all pay transactions are being verified and approved by Supervisor before being processed for payments.
  • Basic reconciling of all accounts relating to payroll
  • To respond to customers enquiries pertaining to payroll and retirement benefits.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess either a "N", "O", "A" Level, or NiTEC/ Higher Nitec.
  • For fresh graduates, candidate must posses at least a P3 in English and Math for 'N' level or B3 in Math for 'O' level.
  • Preferably Junior Executives with Payroll or Accounting experience
  • Fast worker with ability to process large volumes of payroll and claims
  • Responsible and Independent.
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
