GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
(Singapore)

Requirements:

• Preferably GCE "O" levels and bilingual
• Pleasant personality and good inter-personal skills and conversational ability
• Trained in hospitality preferably in F&B industry
• Prepare lounge set-up, and ensure the lounge area and KTV rooms are well maintained at all times
• Ensure all equipments are in proper working condition
• Monitor and maintain records of lounge stocks
• Good knowledge of liquor, wine, and mixed drinks
• Able to work nights and weekends/public holidays
