Manufacturing Supervisor
(Working hours: 7am - 3.30 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Planning of materials, manpower and equipment capacity to support production
• Manage and motivate a team of operators to achieve required output and quality of the product line
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining training program of production personnel

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering / Production Management / Business Administration
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of MRP and computer application skills
• Good tactful verbal communication skills with a positive attitude and hands-on experience
