IT Executive
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level of IT support for user on desktop related problems (exchange, LAN configuration, MS Office, Windows XP etc).
• Perform troubleshooting of software/hardware.
• Assist users in resolving IT issues.
• Ensure that all problems escalated are resolved within the stated service level agreements.
• Asset Management.
• To provide weekly report, Monthly report and Quarterly report.
• Candidates must have some experience in installing and supporting desktop/PC environment (Windows XP/Vista Professional),servers, MS Office,Lan/ Wan,troubleshoot and solve printer problems.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in any computer related discipline.
• At least 1 years of working experience or knowledge on PC, Notebook and basic networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless networking have an added advantage) and Helpdesk experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft exchange, LAN configurations, MS office, Win XP,etc .
• Able to communicate and articulate well in both English and Mandarin.
• Experience in onsite support and network troubleshooting will be preferred.
• Those who have passion and interest in doing troubleshooting in hardware are strongly encouraged for application.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Good knowledge and experience in XP, Vista, and/or Standard Software (MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Browsers, etc).
• Those with active directory are highly encouraged for application.
• Basic hardware experience such as PC installation, troubleshooting.
• Possess positive, friendly and cheerful working attitude.
