Cad Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of contract documentation drawings (working plans to details).
- Reponsible for the preparation of as-built drawings after construction.
- Responsible for actual site verification prior to proposal & construction stage.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design / Building / Architectural or equivalent.
- Min 2 years working experience in corporate commercial offices.
- Well versed in office interior detailing & good in construction drawings presentation.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong in concept development for commercial space.
- Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop & must be able to read Architectural plans.
