Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
Customer Care Executive
(Singapore - Paya Lebar (Near MRT))
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 20-25 Customer Care Officers.
- Attend to email enquiries and escalated complaints from customers relating to customers shipment.
- Meet customers when required to resolve customer’s enquiries.
- Process refund, waivers and compensation if there is a service failure.
- Checked system file for irregularities and highlight to relevant departments e.g. operations, IT, Call Centre, etc if irregularities detected. Liase with Operations, IT, Call Centre, to resolve irregularities detected.
- Check and follow up on rejected / unsuccessful payments.
- Assist Call Centre in checking customer’s shipment and providing advice for handling of customers.
- Check and verify staff attendance records for monthly salary payment / time off claim.
- Manage staff attendence and ensure that planned and unplanned absence does not affect the KPIs.
- Filter and distribute email for staff to follow-up.
- Involve in weekly con_call with US agent; Liaise with US agent with regards to tracking of shipments / forwarding of shipments.
- Responsible for staff recruitment and training of new staff.
- Review staff’s performance and conduct appraisal review.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Paya Lebar.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
