A well established furniture group located at Sungei Kadut Avenue has immediate vacancies for HR & Admin Manager (Singapore) Responsibilities:
- Overall management of Admin and HR functions
- Review, Implement and improve existing HR practices, procedure and infrastructure
- Manage all aspects of HR functions, recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefits, payroll, work permit etc.
Requirements: - Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management and above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full spectrum including payroll for 200 staff.
- Knowledge of Paymaster software
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong team management skill
- Assertive, mature and confident.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is essential
- Able to commence work within short notice
5 1/2 days alternate Saturday work week, transport pick-up at Kranji and Yew Tee MRT station. This position is opened to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.
