A well established furniture group located at Sungei Kadut Avenue has immediate vacancies for

HR & Admin Manager
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of Admin and HR functions
  • Review, Implement and improve existing HR practices, procedure and infrastructure
  • Manage all aspects of HR functions, recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefits, payroll, work permit etc.

Requirements:

  • Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management and above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full spectrum including payroll for 200 staff.
  • Knowledge of Paymaster software
  • Pleasant personality and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong team management skill
  • Assertive, mature and confident.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is essential
  • Able to commence work within short notice

5 1/2 days alternate Saturday work week, transport pick-up at Kranji and Yew Tee MRT station. This position is opened to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.
