Assistant Finance Manager
(Singapore) Responsibilities:
- Perform Group consolidation and statutory/regulatory compliance for the Group
- Review financial statements for subsidiaries and prepare management reports
- Supervise day to day accounting activities and cash-flow management
- Involved in financial planning and budgetary control, as well as group tax planning and compliance
- Develop and implement an effective accounting and internal control systems
- Liaise with auditors / related parties with regards to M&A matters and setting up of overseas offices
- Perform due diligence, feasibility studies as well as cash-flow projections for new projects / business
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy /ACCA qualifications or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience (Experience in auditing will be an added advantage)
- Familiar with regulatory and corporate tax requirements
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
