We are currently looking for highly-motivated and success-driven individuals to join our technical team as:- Product Specialist (IT / Multimedia)
(Singapore) Responsibilities:
- Demonstrations of video-editing, digital visual effect, face puppetry and 3D
- animation softwares to customers.
- Provide end-users training on these softwares and solutions.
- Provide pre and after-sales technical support on IT software and hardware
- including PC systems installations ,configurations and basic networking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT matters, provide advice and recommendations
Requirements:
- Diploma in Digital Media ,Multimedia / IT, Computer Studies or related field
- Preferred some experience in IT technical support
- Creative, passion for a career in digital media industry.
- Possess knowledge in Windows O/S, PC installations and networking
- Presentable, creative, good communication skills and customer service orientated
- Fresh Poly graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
