An established Furniture Group located at Sungei Kadut Avenue has immediate vacancy for:

Responsibilities:

• Import and Export processing and documentation
• L/C Application and negotiation
• Monitor order production and liaise with suppliers or Purchasing team to schedule shipment
• Liaise with Shipping forwarder for sailing schedule, shipment booking and B/L arrangement
• Handle marine insurance and claims issues

Requirements:

• Diploma in International Freight Management/Certificate in Import and Export Documentation
• 2 to 3 years experience in shipping documentation
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin (liaise with Mandarin speaking clients/Suppliers)

5 1/2 days week (alternate Saturday off). Company transport pick- up at Kranji / Yew Tee MRT Station
