Responsibilities:

• Customer Support Engineer
• Analysis of return cell panel from customer
• Assist Manager in carry out customer satisfaction survey and customer
• Assist Manager to support customer audit and qualification
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for customers as required

Requirements:

• Japanese Speaking, at least JLPT 3
• Degree in Electrical/ Electronic engineering or equivalent
• 1 -2 years experience in semi-conductor industry preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
