Admin & Services Section Manager
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Managing Director & Business Units and manage the admin team
- Handle travel arrangements, coordinate & schedule meetings/appointments; overall manage appointed travel agent
- Collate reports, prepare & edit presentation materials
- Handle general office administration but not limited to stationeries, pantry supplies, courier, vendor management, office facilities & equipments
- Manage company events, internal & external activities
- Oversee cafeteria, dormitory & transport matters
- Supervise a Receptionist, 3 Junior/ Service Administrators & 5 admin staff
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management with at least 8 years’ of secretarial & administrative experience in an MNC environment
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks & schedules
- Able to exercise good judgment & discretion in managing situations
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player, resourceful & independent
- Proficient in MS Office
