Process Engineer (Polishing)
(Singap - East)

Responsibilities:

  • You have to perform semiconductor process engineering in the area of silicon wafer polishing
  • Be responsible for product quality, process optimisation and fine-tuning
  • Design and carry out experiment,
  • Evaluate experiment results and statistical process control data
  • Implement process improvement, document results and process tests

Requirements:

  • Degree in Material Science / Physics / Chemistry
  • Knowledge of process steps in silicon wafer manufacturing is preferred
  • High competency in data analysis and data processing is preferred
  • Good teamwork and coordination skills.
