Mechanical Engineer
(Singapore[Map])

Responsibilities:

• Being a mechanical engineering function in a cross functional team to develop product.
• Operate CAD tool, validate design to fulfill product functional requirements.
• Support initial manufacturing pilot builds in manufacturing line.
• Implement design methodologies like DFX, FMEA and tolerance analysis.
• Conduct reliability tests and analyze results and enhance product mechanical performance.
• Generate report and relevant documentations for project / ISO requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficient with 3D CAD tool like Pro/Engineer, Solid Designer or NX.
• Possess knowledge of plastic injection, sheet metal stamping and forming processes.
• Possess knowledge of gear and other moving mechanism design will be added advantage.
• Familiar with electronics manufacturing processes and environment.
• Knowledge in product development process and project management skill will be added advantage.
