Financial Analyst (6 months contract)

Responsibilities:

• Review & analyze P&L and Balance Sheet by country on an accurate and timely basis. Prepare responses to U.S headquarter for any related Financial Statement queries monthly.
• Support Singapore site on month-end closing activities: prepare Journal Entries; weekly Gross Margin review, inventory reconciliation and POR(monthly-forecast) preparation.
• Prepare Percentage of Complete(POC) forms for Project sales recognition on a monthly basis.
• Work with operation team to complete ICQ on quarterly basis . Particiapte in an annual
• Support Division HQ and APHQ as required.
• Participate in Annual Fixed Asset / Inventory physical stock take and reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 years' experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in financial planning and analysis functions
• Proficiency in MS Office software, especially in Excel is essential
• Preferably with knowledge of the Hyperion system
• Self-motivated, initiative and highly independent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
