Purchasing/Sales Support
(Jurong East)

 

Requirements:

  • Assist the Sales Team to generate quotations and service forms for customers, liaise with customers for sales follow-up as well as assist to make appointments with the customer on behalf of the sales engineers and account managers. You may also be required to coordinate scheduling of delivery and/or deployment with the customer.


  • Assist the Operations Team to prepare Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules as well as assist with data entry and stock take


  • From time to time you will be required to compile and prepare reports for submission to management and also to Authorities.


  • The candidate shall have an excellent command of the English language and be extremely familiar with sales process and preparation of quotations etc. Ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook is a prerequisite.
