An established furniture group located at Sungei Kadut Ave has immediate vacancy for:

HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR and Admin function
  • Update employees leave records in Paymaster
  • Update staff movement in Cirtrix 2000
  • Knowledge of payroll function
  • Rotating Front Desk duties

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' level and above
  • Minimum HR certificate
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as the incumbent would need to liaise with China counterparts
  • Able to communicate with all levels
  • Team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Responsible and able to generate report timely
  • Strong administrative with PC skill
  • Able to commence work within short notice
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years experience in HR and Admin duties
  • Singaporean, Singaporean PR and Malaysians are welcome

5 1/2 days alternate Saturday work week, Company transport pick-up at Kranji and Yew Tee MRT station.
