An established furniture group located at Sungei Kadut Ave has immediate vacancy for: HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT (Singapore) Responsibilities:
- Handle HR and Admin function
- Update employees leave records in Paymaster
- Update staff movement in Cirtrix 2000
- Knowledge of payroll function
- Rotating Front Desk duties
Requirements: - GCE 'O' level and above
- Minimum HR certificate
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as the incumbent would need to liaise with China counterparts
- Able to communicate with all levels
- Team player with good interpersonal skill
- Responsible and able to generate report timely
- Strong administrative with PC skill
- Able to commence work within short notice
- Preferably with minimum 2 years experience in HR and Admin duties
- Singaporean, Singaporean PR and Malaysians are welcome
5 1/2 days alternate Saturday work week, Company transport pick-up at Kranji and Yew Tee MRT station.
