Customer Service Officer
(Singapore) Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Operations, such as inventory purchasing and sales order-processing cycles in a computerized environment
- Liaise with customers on day to day matters such as delivery arrangement, confirmation of P/O.
- Improve customer service and quality, manage and handle customers’ feedback and complaints and recommend solutions
- Assist in generating sales-related reports
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in import and export will be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and a good working attitude
- Must be able to read/write English and Chinese
- 5 day work week: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- PR & Malaysians are welcome
- Transport Provided
