Customer Care, Purchasing & Office Administrator
(Singapore - Tanjong Pagar)
Responsibilities:

A. Customer Care
1. Manage maintenance contracts & renewal for customers
2. Update and maintain existing CRM Service Management info
3. Update and maintain accurate customer data base
4. Work closely with Finance department to effect billing and monitor payment of maintenance services
B. Purchasing
1. Sourcing vendors for IT hardware and software, stationery and general supplies
2. Sourcing vendors for professional services (IT and others)
3. Prepare purchase requisition and purchase orders
4. Tracking of delivery by vendors and managing of vendors quality of service
5. Loading of orders, tracking of customer and vendor payments
C. Office administration
1. Answer external calls and manage incoming faxes
2. Assist in printing and photocopying
3. Maintain adequate office supplies
4. Responsible for pantry and overall cleanliness by managing the cleaning subcontractor
5. Filing of documents including finance, personnel and purchasing.
Requirements:

• Min. Diploma and above. Exceptional ‘A’ Level holders will be considered.
• Computer literate
• Resourceful and a self-starter, with good interpersonal skills
• Individual who has prior experience in IT industry is an advantage.
• Able to multitask
• Prior experience in the above job profile is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English, ability to speak Chinese is a plus
• Preference will be given to those who can start work immediately.
