Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (Bt Merah)
(Singapore - Jalan Bt Merah)
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, route to appropriate party.
- Receive all visitors and route to appropriate party
- Responsible documents dispatch via our office dispatch
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- Responsible to ensure office tidiness
- Assist in various general administrative duties as required by MD
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level or Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of receptionist duties or similiar working experiences required.
- Applicants must be able to speak fluent English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Bt Merah.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
