SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PLANNER (Singapore - North)
Responsibilities:
Primary customer interface and collaborate supply management and ability to manage demand changes and communicate potentials problems that may impact line connection.
Ability to independently identify actions and drive various internal organizational group insuring sup! port on meeting customer expectations. May require travel.
Collaborate with factory planning team on loading execution insuring timely turn around to achieve delivery commitment to customer.
Maintain liaison with external customer and to communicate back to the respective internal organizational associates on all matters related to strategic directions, specific order information and service.
Achieve committed deliveries and work closely with customer on consignment pulls to meet quarterly revenue.
Prepares various reports and data indicating the actual volume against plan and manage changes and provide action when required.
Expert and have knowledge of other group assignment and able to provide training to new comer.
May handle New codes planning. Act as BU operations point of contact for business unit Product Design Team (PDT's) lending planning counsel to designers and engineers in the preliminary design stage
Ability to independently identify actions and drive ! various internal organizational group insuring support in meeting all the technical assistance prior to launching of proto type or model product into production.
Assist in the set up of required system documentation for New codes and provide a seamless transitions to supply chain for production requirements
Develop a specific plans for New codes base on order board and marketing forecast from wafer starts , package assembly and test, insuring all other supplies supports are available to achieve customer expectations
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 7 yrs work experience in material planning & customer service support in Semiconductor business or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge in components for Semiconductors or Electronic industries.
Familiar with MRP/ERP planning system, preferably with Oracle/ SAP applications.
Strong leadership and initiative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Education/Certifications
Required Degree: BA or BS
Preferred Major: Supply Chain Mgmt, Business Planning , Mgmt or related discipline.
