Secretary cum HR Administrator
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating of personnel records to ensure accurate information for reporting
- Assist with benefits and welfare administration
- Provide general administrative support to HR dept
- Assist in Scheduling of appointments/meetings/travel
- Draft memos, letters and minutes
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Country Manager
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Minimum Diploma or GCE 'O level
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience handling HR support duties/Secretarial duties
- Meticulous with strong focus on accuracy and attention to details and timely delivery
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, responsible and able to work independently
