Regional Planning Assistant
(Singapore - HarbourFront - Keppel Bay Tower[Map])

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming Purchase Orders and is the key contact person for issues pertaining to out-going order processing
• Liaise closely with Area Marketing, Planner, Accounts and Logistics personnels for pricing, inventory, credit limit and shipment matters
• Arrange for earliest shipment for products to best meet customers' requirements
• Monitor Purchase Order status, inform relevant parties should any unforeseen circumstances arise and to suggest appropriate solution

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Possess high level of communication and negotiation skill as extensive communication is required internally and externally
