Responsibilities:

• Answering Customer's Enquiry
• Handling Overflow calls

Requirements:

• Good attitude, meticulous, independent & have good initiative.
• Can Speak Mandarin
• Handwriting must be neat
• Pleasant voice (In the phone)
• Applicants must be willing to work in HarbourFront Avenue.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft office and computer literate.
• Applicants must be able to start work immediately.
