Responsibilities:

• Payroll administration for DIRECT group (Manufacturing /Inspection /QA Specialist)
• E-Time management-daily & monthly periodic processing & checking
• Tax clearance for foreign staff
• Preparation of final payment for resignees
• Maintenance of personal file & filling

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' level/SPM/NTC or certificate in Human Resources Management
• Preferred 2 years of payroll experience
• Without experience can be considered
• Computer knowledge : Microsoft Words,Power Point & Excel
• Working hours : 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
