Customer Service Administrator
(Singapore - Kaki Bukit)
Responsibilities:
- Assists sales engineer to submit shipment releases or typing of correspondences and faxing/mailing to the respective customer;
- Assists Finance on accounts receivable for any billing discrepancies (e.g. raise credit / debit notes request for AR to generate the official documents).
- Processes purchase sale orders including new orders entry, verification of orders, confirmation and delivery order to customer
- Monitors advance, Cash-on-delivery payment and letter of credit shipment;
- Monitors and liaises with customer and material controller on delivery status;
- Updates and follow-up with Sales Engineer on customers’ MRP (Forecast);
- Prepares and processes credit and debit note to customer;
Requirements:
- GCE "N" level, "O" level or Diploma holder
- Preferred with some experience in the same industry
