Responsibilities:

Principle responsibilities include business plan management of assigned product category, product lifecycle management, product evaluation and marketing activities development.

• Monitor YTD of each quantitative target and rationalise the under/over achievement based on market situation
  
• Strategic consolidated stock management by fine tuning forecast of Sales Companies. Based on buying pattern, seasonality, competitive situation and opportunities.
  
• Ensure timely launch and market clearances from regional perspective
  
• Full year planning and timely execution. Close coordination with training and evaluation team.
  
• Understand and comprehend market developments that affect sales positively or negatively.
  
• Derivation with sales companies on expected activities and timelines.
  
• Support to regional sales companies and ensure implementation achievements
  
• Accurate and analytical reports highlighting pertinent developments.
  
• Strong support to regional sales companies on stock requirements.

Requirements:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Business or General degree.

• Business plan management, product lifecycle management, product evaluation, research analysis.
  
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Sound interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data, and able to convert them into updated market conditions, thereby aiding forward actions, counteractions or recovery.
  
• Inquisitive mind to project potential problems/ ideas.
  
• Able to grasp situation & identify clear problem, root cause areas, and then breakdown solution into actionable implementation plans with timeline.
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
