Responsibilities:

• Plan and utilise machine/manpower resources to meet production objectives
• Ensure accurate and efficient execution of production planner's schedule
• Oversee induction of new staff members; training and development
• Support and facilitate total productive maintenance (TPM) small group activities (SGP teams)
• Initiate ideas for improvement, liase with support groups to foster good teamwork and improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance of safety, health and environmental statutory requirements and ISO standards operating procedures
• Lead an elite 2nd shift team to meet or exceed production objectives
• Regulary perform check on fixture production readyness
• Full-time permanent night shift. (Shift hours: 11:15pm-8:30am, Monday-Friday, 5 day work week)
• Prefer 2 years of supervisory experience in metal machining fabrication or precision engineering environment
• Hands-on experience, able to read and interpret engineering drawings/prints in regards to dimension/position/tolerance
• Strong knowledge of quality control and teambuilding
• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred or multiple years of experience



• Salary will be based on experience and education

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Hydraulics, CNC.
• Preferred skill(s): welding, Excel.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong West;Co. Transport from ChoaChuKang MRT;Pioneer Mall;BoonLay MRT and Corporation Rd Bus Stop.
• Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
