Purchasing And Inventory Executive
(Singapore - Jurong West;Co. transport ChoaChuKang MRT, BoonLay MRT, Pioneer Mall & Corporation Rd Bus Stop)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the inventory database
• Update all received goods, raw material production reports, and creating new lot numbers as needed
• Accurate data entry of production job records
• Assist in monitoring material movement to insure inventory accuracy
• Maintain safety stock levels of consumables; purchasing as needed and assist with invoice processes
• Conduct random inventory checks to validate system accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong PC skills
• Meticulous team player
• Dayshift: 8:30am-5:45pm, 5 Day work week, Monday to Friday



• Our office is located at 95 Pioneer Rd, Jurong West. Company transport is provided from 4 pick up locations: Choa Chu Kang MRT, Boon Lay MRT, Boon Lay Bus stop at Corporation Rd

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Word, Excel, Outlook.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong West; Co. transport ChoaChuKang MRT,BoonLay MRT,bus stop Corporation Rd & Pioneer Mall.
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
