Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full sets of Accounts Payable
• Match suppliers’ invoices with purchase orders and delivery order
• Preparing of payment vouchers and issuing of cheques
• Updating of purchase order
• Assist in month end closing
• Perform daily data entry into accounting system and ensure all documents are properly filed
• Perform periodic reconciliation of suppliers’ statements
• Assist Finance Manager on other finance-related matters

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a LCCI or diploma in accountancy
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Pleasant personality, eager to learn and high degree of initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senoko South Road.
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
