Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall HR and payroll spectrum
- Align HR policies, systems, structures and work processes to the organization's strategic business goals
- Be actively involved in strategic HR planning with line managers to meet challenging business and operations requirements
- Work closely with the Management to drive strategic HR initiatives in the area of compensation management, talent identification, training and development, as well as performance management
Requirements:
- Degree or post graduate qualification in HRM/HRD
- Minimum 5 years generalist experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/ management position
