Inside Sales Coordinator
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities are to coordinate and support all commercial and operational requirements in pre and post sales activities. Specific tasks and duties are defined as below:

Job Scope:

• Responsible for purchase/sales order entry by using ERP system and order management.
  
• Coordinate with U.S factory or Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore for order expedition, shipping arrangement and other logistic issues.
  
• The experience on handling L/C documentation will be a plus advantage.
  
• Interface with customers and distributors for the order execution and customer service for after sales support.
  
• Set up and maintain an ASCO ASIA library of project files, technical documents/binders, training material, pricing and inventory of service parts and commercial catalogs.
  
• Provide the necessary administrative support to the regional sales team.

Requirements:

• Good language communication skill in English for both written and spoken.
  
• Working experience in logistic or supply chain area will be preferred.
  
• User experience of ERP system (like Oracle, JD Edward) for purchasing and sales module will be an added advantage.
  
• Recognized educational qualification of diploma in Electrical Engineering will be preferred.
