Accounts Assistant – Payables
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Support the processing of vendors’ invoices & employee expense claims in Oracle Accounts Payable module.
• Assist in payment processing via electronic banking.
• Assist in the preparation of month-end journal entries.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects in the Accounting department.

Requirements:

• GCE "O" levels with LCCI Accounting or CAT or AAT qualifications.
• Some experience in Accounting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial System will be an advantage
• Computer software/ system savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint).
• Pleasant personality with keen attitude to learn, responsible, independent and a good team-player.
• Willing to carry out clerical and routine processes in accounting, including filing, photocopying, etc.
