Responsibilities:

• To account manage clients from Entertainment/Lifestyle industry and execute PR campaigns within Singapore ensuring understanding and familiarity with each product/range to an extent that the role is universally regarded as the product point of contact.



• Development and implementation of integrated product marketing plans for clients, specifically devising and actioning marketing communication strategies for clients' events/products;
• Development and implementation of communications strategy
• Support and assistance to the client where required for meetings with partners, sponsors, media
• Support and assistance to the client where required on press tours/events etc;
• Write and distribute press releases, emailing to media and conducting follow-up outreach
• Introductory media outreach: placing calls/emails to editors
• Research new editorial outlets and tracking entertainment/lifestyle media who may not be on day-to-day contact with the agency
• Schedule press meetings/ briefings
• Maintain PR database
• Monitor print and online coverage, produce monthly coverage guide in report for clients
• Create and maintain press kits and related materials.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in 26A Norris Road.
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
• Must be familiar with Asian pop culture, especially Taiwan and Hong Kong entertainment industry.
