In recent years, Metro Parking has positioned itself as an emerging professional in car park management and consultant services. We are a Certified On-The-Job Training Company (COJTC) and Service Excellence Award (EXSA) organisation, is fast expanding its services in this industry. We currently have a position for a Senior Manager, Operations. The responsibilities are as follows:-

Responsibilities:

• To manage and lead your team in the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Responsible for the efficient and effective control of car park operations.
• To maintain the operations standard in terms of cleanliness, discipline, customer service and other standards set by the company.
• Ensuring the profitability of all contracts.
• Overseeing the setting up of new car park contracts.
• To ensure security and maintenance of car park assets.
• To formulate and implement plans for operational excellence, set department goals and operations standards, spearhead customer service programmes.
• To liaise with building owners and authorities.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of operations experience in management capacity.
• Knowledge of costing & budgeting preferred.
• Possess strong leadership, inter-personal communication, problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Salary commensurate with working experience and qualification.
