Sales Engineer & Sales Manager
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- In-charge of day to day sales activities
- Assist Sales Manager in preparation of sales forecast and meeting targets.
- Develop and negotiate revenue generating contracts/agreements
- Monitor market & industry for new business opportunities & projects
- Prospect for new customers & establish new customer accounts
- Maintain & enhance business relationship with existing customers
- Prepare & give presentation to potential & existing clients
- Keep track of industrial, statutory & regulatory bodies requirements & updates
Additional responsibilities of Sales Manager include:
- Lead & motivate sales personnel
- Prepare sales forecast & marketing budget
- Secure orders to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in process automation and safety instrumented systems for Sales Engineer position and minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a regional managerial capacity for Sales Manager position
- Strong proven sales track record
- Possess good business acumen and commercial sense
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills and customer contacts
- Self-driven, resourceful, committed and a good team player
- Able to travel within short notice & to developing countries
- Possess Singapore citizenship or PR status
