Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the assigned module projects.
• Ensure and drive the designs/processes of new products instituted and implemented in compliance with the company regulations.
• Work closely with external (customer) and internal stakeholders to define program requirements.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors in design transfer, pilot run and qualification of new modules.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Prepare proposals and project management plans.
• Manage, control and lead the implementation of projects and ensure that projects are delivered within agreed performance specification, program budget and schedule.
• Conduct regular management reviews.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant Engineering or Science program, PMI Certification would be an added advantage.
• More than 7 years of hands-on engineering or technical project management experience in relevant industries, with at least 3 years in a role managing NPI projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in SMT operations and sub-contracting activities.
• Self motivated; results driven and a good team player.
• An ability to multi-task and prioritize work load.
