Estate Officer (Singapore[Map]) Responsibilities: You will work with the Programme Manager to review policy and guidelines in relation to the management of MINDEF's land, building and infrastructure assets. You will also recommend improvements to current business processes, manage records of the building, prepare management reports as well as ensure integrity and consistency of the data. You will also work with Enterprise System (ES) project team in the design of modules pertaining to construction assets and work process, study of alternative systems and attending to queries. Requirements: Good Degree in Building / Real Estate / Urban Planning or a related discipline Good analytical and problem solving skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Experience in handling database and IT systems would be an advantage. Effective writing and communication skills Good Business Acumen Experience in Project Management Proactive and able to work independently Employment term is a period of 3 years.
