Assistant Finance Manager / Manager
(Singapore - HarbourFront - Keppel Bay Tower[Map])

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Regional accounts team and ensure timely preparation of audit, management and statutory reports, budgets and financial analysis
• Ensure timely closing and reconciliation of GL, AR, AP and inventory module
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, US GAAP and local regulations and requirement
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and government agencies
• Review and ensure proper GST reporting and tax compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications with minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Oracle and external audit will be advantageous
• A reliable, accurate, responsible, resourceful and self-motivated team player, with strong analytical and judgemental skills
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules
