Responsibilities:

• Plan for new parts/ products development
• Negotiate and coordinate with local team, vendor and overseas counterparts to ensure projects' progress
• Perform failure analysis individually and as part of a team in order to implement counter-measures and resolve issues for smooth project start-up and mass production
• Create and update necessary SOPs for factory compliances

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Materials/Mechanical Engineering
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
